Eikaiva Boyer established Simply Delicious Sweets in 2018 in Frederick, Maryland. Eikaiva is an 18 year old entrepreneur and has always had a passion for baking. She started baking at the young age of five and immediately fell in love with it. She was vegetarian all her life, and eventually turned vegan at the age of 14. Veganism is something she has been passionate about for years. Also, Eikaiva was diagnosed with a severe nut allergy to all nuts, especially peanuts. So being dairy, egg, and nut free is something she is not shy of.
